About Affirm Resource Solutions

ARS aims to provide services that are geared towards the empowerment of the individual with a psychotherapeutic approach rooted in evidence-based treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Restructuring. ARS services are provided by Licensed Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in the areas of clinical treatment, assessment, substance abuse, and clinical resolution. ARS works with probation departments, courts, attorneys, mental health facilities, hospitals, governmental agencies, and private practices.

Upon completion of services, individuals have gained knowledge and skills to address life challenges and find balance in daily life management. Individual psychotherapy is also suggested to ensure stability and provide accountability for long term success. In the wake of COVID-19, all courses will take place live online to ensure active participation. When social distancing is no longer needed, classes will resume in person based in Charlotte, NC.
