Chimere Neal is a Licensed Psychotherapist who has practiced in the Charlotte area for over 10 years. She continues to work within the community to help others reach their full potential by providing therapeutic services and resources to influence change. Throughout the years, she has received several certifications, awards, and recognition for her on-going efforts towards supporting individuals and families. Chimere received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from North Carolina Agricultural State University and her Master of Social Work degree at Barry University.

Tish Guerin

Tish Guerin is a Licensed Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in the field of Mental Health, Wellness and is a sought after speaker. Tish utilizes various treatment modalities to assist clients in reaching their full potential and breaking through barriers that aim to limit their success. Tish received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Winston-Salem State University and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina Columbia. Tish has received numerous awards including 40 Under 40 from WSSU and Young Leaders Award from United Negro College Fund presented by Oprah Winfrey.

Tish believes when people are provided with a space that is non-judgmental, supportive, and creative, there is greater ease to look at the places where there is fear, hurt, or anger. It is in this space where we overcome aversion allowing for transformation and transitions to occur.
